Changed your mind? Keep it simple.

1. Your right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase of standard, non-personalised products without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person appointed by you other than the carrier, receives the order.

If products from one order are delivered separately, the period begins after receipt of the final product. You may also withdraw before your order has been delivered.

2. How to withdraw

You must clearly tell us that you want to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires. You can:

• use the Cancel or return an order form on our website;
• email shop@tryink.nl; or
• send another unambiguous statement confirming that you wish to withdraw.

Please include the order email, order number and whether the withdrawal concerns the complete order or selected tattoos. You do not have to provide a reason.

You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy, but using it is not required. Online submissions receive an immediate confirmation containing the request details, date and time.

3. Returning products

After informing us of your withdrawal, you must return the applicable products within 14 days. You do not need to wait for permission before making a valid return.

When returning products because you changed your mind, you pay the direct return-postage cost. TryInk tattoos can normally be returned by regular post.

Please package the return carefully and keep proof of postage until the return has been processed.

4. Individually sealed tattoos

Every TryInk tattoo is supplied in its own tamper-evident, hygiene-sealed packaging.

You may open the delivery envelope or shipping box and inspect the individually packaged designs. This does not affect your right of withdrawal.

Standard tattoos may be returned during the withdrawal period while their individual hygiene seals remain intact.

TryInk tattoos are single-use products intended for direct application to the skin. Once an individual hygiene seal has been broken, the hygiene of that tattoo can no longer be verified and the product cannot be cleaned or resold. For health and hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal therefore ends only for the individual tattoo whose seal has been broken.

5. Handling and packaging

You may inspect the products as far as reasonably necessary without breaking their individual hygiene seals.

Please return products and included packaging carefully. Missing or damaged outer delivery packaging does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.

You are only responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling that went beyond what was necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the products.

6. Personalised tattoos

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to tattoos made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.

This exception does not affect your rights if a personalised product is damaged, defective or does not match the agreed design.

7. Refunds

We will process the applicable refund within 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the returned products or until you provide evidence that they have been sent, whichever happens first.

The refund is made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method. You will not be charged a refund fee.

If you withdraw from the complete order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

If you return only part of an order, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

8. Discounts and bundle orders

When returning part of a discounted or multi-buy order, the refund for each returned tattoo is based on the discounted amount actually paid for that tattoo, as shown in the order confirmation.

A refund cannot be calculated using the undiscounted price when a discount was applied to the purchase. When the complete order is validly withdrawn, we refund the complete amount paid together with the applicable standard outbound delivery cost.

9. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, appears defective or is different from what you ordered, contact shop@tryink.nl as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, photographs that help us assess it. Photographs are not required when providing them would be unreasonable or impossible.

TryInk will cover the reasonable return cost and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may be a replacement, price reduction or refund.

The hygiene-seal rules and change-of-mind return costs do not limit your rights concerning damaged, defective or incorrect products.

10. Business information

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Dutch or other applicable consumer law.
